The Steering system of the off-road vehicle is responsible for controlling the direction and maneuverability. The design, development, and integration of the Steering system are the major phases. We execute various tests, including Steering response evaluations, turning radius measurements, and durability guarantees to design an efficient Steering system. We coordinate with other subsystems, such as the Suspension, Chassis, and Powertrain, to ensure proper fitment, clearances, and optimal weight distribution.
Developing a Functional Mock-up Unit (FMU) using SIMULINK and intelligent Python-based agents to optimize EV charging by dynamically booking stations at optimal intervals in a highway
Designed and fabricated a pneumatic sheet metal bender using a double acting cylinder, a DCV and an FCV. Also performed explicit dynamics in ANSYS to calculate the force required to deform the sheet metal for appropriate cylinder selection and determining corresponding compressor pressure
