The Steering system of the off-road vehicle is responsible for controlling the direction and maneuverability. The design, development, and integration of the Steering system are the major phases. We execute various tests, including Steering response evaluations, turning radius measurements, and durability guarantees to design an efficient Steering system. We coordinate with other subsystems, such as the Suspension, Chassis, and Powertrain, to ensure proper fitment, clearances, and optimal weight distribution.
Tested ClickDraw drafting co-pilot with 50+ models and configured dimensioning standards.
Researched diesel exhaust systems and analyzed front-end member assembly timing.
Studied tractor systems, mapped operations, and performed time study with lean method observations.
Designed gyro-based box with damping mechanisms for stable food transport.
Performed optimization in Fusion; validated through sensor data and FEA correlation.
Built low-cost Arduino-based pneumatic sorter using IR sensors.
Designed fixture with stepper motor for precise grinding wheel profile scanning.
